Administrative Assistant (Operations Assistant II), Salary: $36,608 – $44,845 per year, USCA Student Affairs Monitors and supervises the administrative functions of the Student Affairs Office, including providing support to the Vice Chancellor, serving as staff assistant to the Orientation Planning Committee, providing administrative support for the Student Conduct function, and managing budgets. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Thorough knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment. Must possess excellent computer skills in word processing and proficient in MS Excel and database management. Must be able to generate budget reports. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. Ability to work independently and to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying USCA Policies and procedures. Appreciation for diversity and higher education programs. Job requires a high level of confidentiality. Minimum requirements: Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience.
