Administrative and business services professionals provide various office and location support activities. They identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided, and ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services. The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for HR Business Partners. The duties include but are not limited to the following:
Provide support for specific projects which may include compiling data and assisting with project coordination and tracking
Compile reports/queries in support of Human Resources programs on a routine basis
Generate personnel change of status records (i.e. shift schedule changes, department transfers, change in job classifications, etc.), obtain appropriate and timely approval, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Generate and distribute standard documents to the workforce. - High school diploma
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
