Administrative and business services professionals provide various office and location support activities. They identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided, and ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services. The successful candidate must have knowledge of concepts, methods, standards and practices of subcontract administration. Strong understanding and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR); exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to perform effectively under high stress to meet deadlines in a contingency operations environment. Performs financial analysis techniques including but not limited to funds management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Responsible for the organization, development, implementation, maintenance and accountability of financial information designed to provide management with the capability of monitoring and controlling cost during execution, planning and lifecycle of projects/programs. Analyze and mitigate Supply Chain risk and develop process and work flows. Comprehending technical projects in relation to cost and schedule. Develops annual budget baselines and funding requests, prepares financial presentations for program reviews, federal client reviews, management reviews, etc. Collects data, establishes work breakdown structures, speedcharts and produces cost reports that enable effective management of programmatic scopes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with priorities changing daily. - Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE)
