Strategic Initiatives & Support Specialist (Program Assistant), Salary: $40,269 – $49,330 per year, USCA School of Education Under general supervision, the Strategic Initiatives and Support Specialist provides support to the School of Education by coordinating student-focused initiatives, assisting with assessment and accreditation reporting, and delivering essential office support services. The position plays a key role in advancing the School’s mission by engaging with prospective candidates, supporting compliance and data processes, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, professionalism and approachability when working with parents, students, and adult learners, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively on both Mac and PC platforms, manage internally networked computer systems, and show proficiency with computer data management systems including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Creative Suite. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities, while meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service orientation are required, including the ability to communicate effectively with multiple people during high-volume periods. The ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners is essential. Minimum requirements: Typically holds a high school diploma or GED.
