Residence Life Coordinator (Operations Assistant II), Salary: $36,608 – $44,845 per year, USCA Housing The Residence Life Coordinator in Pacer Downs is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive residence life program which enhances the growth and development of residential students while supporting the academic mission of the University. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledgeable in residence life programming, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with diverse constituencies, knowledge of principles of student development, and strong student-centered philosophy. This person will serve as a live-in after-hours manager for an on-campus housing complex which houses approximately 356 students, faculty, and staff. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
