Human Resources (HR) roles are dedicated to managing the people-related functions within organizations. As a Human Resources Business partner P3 with SRNS, you will play a critical strategic and operational role in shaping and executing HR and talent strategies aligned to business priorities. This position supports the SRTE organization, with on-site partnership at the Savannah River Nuclear Solutions location.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager for SRNS NNSA Missions, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive impactful programs across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and change management within an operations facility. You will also lead and contribute to HR transformation initiatives through the advancement of new technologies.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders and employees supporting the mission.
- Provide end-to-end HR support within the organization ensuring consistency, engagement, and effective people practices.
- Drive talent strategies across workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and learning & development.
- Lead and manage HR transformation initiatives, special projects, and process improvements.
- Deliver HR excellence through strong collaboration with direct and matrixed HR teams.
- Influence leaders through data-driven insights, change leadership, and thoughtful problem-solving to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
- Ability to obtain and maintain Q level security clearance
