As the Property Manager, youll use your skills and experience by:Overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community. Handling administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines. Providing leadership and management to staff. The ideal candidate will possess the following:Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. HUD regulations knowledge/experience required. Property Management, Housing, and Social Services experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Computer and technical skills. Ability to travel as necessary for training. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
