As the Property Manager, youll use your skills and experience by:

  • Overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community.
  • Handling administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines.
  • Providing leadership and management to staff.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • HUD regulations knowledge/experience required
  • Property Management, Housing, and Social Services experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Computer and technical skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary for training
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license
