The ability to make independent, accurate judgments. The successful candidate will have to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the federal student aid verification and file review process, FAA Access to CPS system, and the associated University financial aid policies and procedures. Should be able to work independently but within a highly integrated team that has service and responsible administration as its highest priorities. Communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies. The employee should possess leadership capabilities, a high energy level, and a dedication to outstanding student service.
