1st Shift / Mon – Fri / 8am-5pm
$16.00 – $17.00 / per hour

PrideStaff - Greenville is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our award-winning team! In this role, you are the heartbeat of our office operations. You aren’t just handling paperwork—you are the first point of contact for our candidates and a vital part of building careers in the Greenville business community.

Recruiting Assistant Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is to support the full recruitment cycle and maintain the "rhythm" of the office, ensuring a seamless experience for every candidate and client.
  • First Impressions: Serve as the face and voice of PrideStaff! Answer incoming calls and greet prospective Field Associates with high energy, directing them through the initial selection process.
  • Candidate Intake: Administer pre-screens, applications, and assessments. You'll guide candidates through the start of their journey with us.
  • Screening & Scheduling: Conduct initial telephone screenings for prospective Field Associates and schedule top talent for in-depth interviews and assessments.
  • Data & Documentation: Accurately input candidate information into our Talent Management System (Bullhorn), process employment verifications, and maintain organized employee folders.
  • Operational Excellence: Audit timecards (paper and AutoTime) for accuracy, distribute paychecks, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Branch Support: Keep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies and managing culture-building tasks like our monthly Field Associate birthday cards.


Recruiting Assistant Requirements include:
  • Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a Customer Sales & Service role is required.
  • Phone Skills: 1 years of phone sales and service experience is strongly preferred. We need someone who is confident, articulate, and friendly on the line!
  • The Right Traits: You must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver. Empathy and strong listening skills are critical to helping our associates succeed.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn experience is a major plus).
  • Multi-tasking Pro: A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities—from auditing records to greeting clients—while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
