JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Care Manager, you will work to develop new customer relationships that drive our growth and success within the Parts group as well as promote parts sales to existing customers by adding and maintaining parts sales programs. Objectives are to achieve maximum sales volume, market penetration, profit return, and customer loyalty through new business development and account management.
What you will be doing:
1. You will develop new business within your designated territory by offering creative solutions that help our customers run better and manage smarter. Including, but not limited to: Competitive parts sales, customer consignments, warehouse products, service agreements, safety equipment, and more.
2. Maintain healthy, consistent relationships with all existing customers and continue exceeding all of their needs
3. Prospect into potential customer accounts through a combination of site visits, emails, phone calls, and other sales channels.
4. Collaborate with other Carolina Handling associates and departments in exchanging leads, tips and information, and give assistance when needed.
5. Maintain an accurate database for each account.
6. Oversee and maintain all Parts Consignments in assigned territory.
7. Respond to all sales leads in an urgent and timely manner.
8. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, while developing lasting relationships within your new customers

1. Some experience in outside sales with a demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business
2. You are data driven in managing and improving the impact of your outreach efforts
3. Demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles
4. Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals
5. Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
6. Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
